Principles
Quality control 1/ Booking confirmation: Confirmed itinerary and all information such as flights bookingm, hotels booking... must be acurate.
2/ Before your arrival: Two weeks before your arrival, our reservations and operation will double check everything to ensure that your trip is well prepared and organized. Any mistakes will be fixed, any changes will be informed.
3/ During the tour: Our guides will carefully your itinerary carefully to make sure things are ok. Our drivers will check the cars (vehicles) each day before the tour. Our reservations will call the hotels one day before you come. Our operation team will keep our eyes on your travel from the begining to the end.
4/ Emergency Dealing: Customer care department is in our head office in Hanoi and you can contact us at anytime for anything. However, in each part of the tour, we also have local tour operator who is ready to solve your problem or issue. With you all the way!!! Vivutravel
