Ba Pagoda Festival

Ba Pagoda Festival of the Hoa attracts a great number of people from neighbouring provinces. The pagoda was built nearly in the first half of the 20^th century by groups of the Chinese.

On festive days, the pagoda is decorative with flags, banners, colorful lanterns... Along the road from tam quan (three-entrance gate) to the shrine 12 lanterns are decorated which is symbolizing for 12 months of the year. At the end of the festival, these lanterns are public sale, and the gaining money is used for charity.

Teams of unicorn dancing and lion dancing from many places come here to take part in the contest of dancing, masquerade, dancing and martial art. At the end of the festival, a procession of Ba's palanquin is carried through streets in the town.
