Day 2: Ho Chi Minh – Cu Chi Tunnels – Ho Chi Minh Meals: B, L +Guide Morning pick up from the hotel for Cu Chi Tunnels tour, en route to visit the bustling market at Thu Dao Mot. Upon arrival in Cu Chi, we visit the incredible underground tunnel network of approximately 200 kilometres hand-constructed by Vietnamese guerillas during the long struggle for independence where you will understand more about the Vietnam War or American War, a must see Vietnam Tour for any tourists to learn about Vietnam past and present days. Afternoon drive back to Ho Chi Minh.
Day 3: Mekong Delta on Cai Be Princess Barge Cruise Meals: B, L +Guide Spend the day on the bea Our one day cruise excursion starts at 8:00 from the lobby of your hotel in Saigon with a drive to Cai Be - Phu An where we will board the Cai Be Princess at around 11.00 am. The tour will start with the visit of Cai Be colorful floating market. We will proceed by the visit of some local home factories such as rice paste making, rice pop corn, coco candies, and longans drying processing. The trip continues along the Mekong canals to Dong Hoa Hiep Island located between Vinh Long and Cai Be. During this 40 minutes cruise you will discover beautiful landscapes along the river and observe the typical Mekong delta rural life. Stops on the way can be made upon request for particular visits or photos making. These evergreen islands among the Mekong River still remain unknown to many people. Lunch awaits you at Le Longanier restaurant at La Residence de Phu An resort, a superb Indochine style resort. After a short walk along a narrow canal, the excursion will end at around 3.30pm where the vehicle will await you for your transfer back to hotel. Overnight in a Ho Chi Minh hotel.
Day 4: Ho Chi Minh – Nha Trang Meals: B +Guide After breakfast, our Vietnam tour guide and driver in Hue will transfer you to the airport for the morning flight to Nha Trang - Vietnam’s with Vietnam airlines. Pick up on arrival and transfer to your hotel. Free at leisure and overnight in a Nha Trang hotel.

Day 7: Nha Trang – Hoi An Meals: B +Guide After breakfast, our Vietnam tour guide and driver in Nha Trang will transfer you to the airport for the morning flight to Danang with Vietnam airlines. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel and free at leisure. Overnight in a Hoi An hotel.
Day 8: Hoi An Cooking Class Meals: B, L +Guide We start the day (8.15am) with a welc (98 Nguyen Thai Hoc Street, Hoi An Ancient Town, Tel: 863210) – our meeting point. Visit Hoi An’s colourful market, and experience the amazing sights, sounds and aromas of this busy market. We will have the opportunity to interact with the local sellers and learn about all the ingredients to be used in the cooking lesson later. We board the Red Bridge boat for a leisurely cruise (25 minutes) along the Hoi An River to the Red Bridge Cooking School. This is a chance to view local river life, so make sure your camera is handy. On arrival, we explore the cooking school’s herb garden, before learning about some of Hoi An’s and Vietnam’s well-known dishes. The cooking lesson runs for about 2 hours – the Red Bridge chefs first demonstrate each dish before we prepare the same dish ourselves. Included in the class is a brief introduction to Vietnamese food carving (plate decoration). After the lesson, we sit down and eat what we have cooked. Bring your swimsuit and after the cooking tour has finished relax and enjoy free use of our new 20 metre swimming pool. Overnight in a Hoi An hotel.
Day 9: Hoi An Meals: B Hoi An Ancient Town - highlight of any tour to Vietnam that no Vietnam Tours maker would skip, is an exceptionally well-preserved example of a South-East Asian trading port dating from the 15th to the 19th century. Its buildings and its street plan reflect the influences, both indigenous and foreign, that have combined to produce this unique heritage site. Day free to cycle through rice paddies in the countryside of Hoi An ancient town, shop for souvenirs among the antique shops and art galleries, or just sit at sidewalk cafes and soak up the atmosphere of this quaint town. Or relax on the white sandy beach of the famous China Beach. Overnight in a Hoi An hotel.
Day 10: Hoi An – Da Nang – Hanoi Meals: B, L +Guide After breakfast, our Vietnam tour guide and driver in Hoi An will transfer you to the airport for the morning flight to Hanoi with Vietnam airlines pick up and transfer to the hotel for check in. Late afternoon we take a cyclo tour for a short excursion through the bustling old quarter streets named after the specific goods once offered for sale at these places. In the evening, we end Hanoi city tour with a fantastic traditional water puppet show. Overnight in a Hanoi hotel.
Day 12: Hanoi – Hoa Lu – Trang An Grottoes – Hanoi Meals: B, L +Guide After breakfast, we continue your beautiful Vietnam Honeymoon Vacation by heading south for the two hour drive along Highway One. We spend one hour visiting the Dinh and Le sanctuaries. These are the two remaining temples of the ancient citadel of Hoa Lu. The first is dedicated to Dinh Tien Hoang (also known as Dinh Bo Linh), an Emperor from the Dinh Dynasty. The second commemorates the rulers of the Le Dynasty. Dinh Bo Linh successfully conquered Vietnam’s first independent rulers, the Ngo Dynasty. On his death in 980, General Le Hoan wisely married Dinh’s widow and established the Le Dynasty and enlarged the citadel. We then move on to Tam Coc - Poetically penned ‘Halong Bay on the rice paddies’, the area around Tam Coc boasts stunning scenery. While Halong Bay has rugged rock formations jutting out of the sea, here they soar skywards from a sea of green. After a three hour boat trip along the Boi River, we do beautiful bicycle trip to Bich Dong pagoda for visit to a very nice pagoda and cave before returning back to Hanoi. Overnight in a Hanoi hotel.
Day 13: Hanoi – Halong Bay Cruise Meals: B, L, D +Guide
