Vietnam and Cambodia Oct 2011
We travelled to Vietnam and Cambodia in a group of 16 people from Canada.Vivu travel were most accomodating in designing and delivering an action packed itinerary . We saw most of the highlights of both countries. Vivu were very accomodating in the development of the itinerary to meet our needs and preferences.While there were a minimal amount of issues along the way , we found that they were handled efficiently and promptly rectified.. The hotels were of a good standard and the meals plentiful and varied . Our group thought the tour overall was excellent value for money. the local guides were friendly , well versed in the history and current affairs . The drivers were courteous and safe. Our group of 16 truly enjoyed the troip and would recommend Vivu Travel to family and friends who may bevisiting this area.

X'mas and New Year Greeting 2012
Dear Ms Chi, Greetings to you and all your colleagues in Vivu Travel. Many thanks for greetings for Christmas, which I return together with best wishes for a happy New Year. It is just a year since we returned from that most memorable holiday that we had in Vietnam and Cambodia, made memorable because of the care and attention that you personally and Vivu Travel gave to making the arrangements for our intinerary. For the past year we have not stopped talking about the most enjoyable time that we had and the excellent service that you gave us. As you know, Mr and Mrs Bywater, our close neighbours, have been and they had a similarly enjoyable time. Other friends of ours, Mr and Mrs Knowles have also booked a holiday with you and will be coming in February, I understand. We certainly want to come back to Vietnam as there are so many places that we would still like to see. Mr and Mrs Bywaters' visit to Can Dot in particular has encouraged us to think about coming back again but I have no idea when that will be. We will certainly stay in touch and let you know when we are ready to return - and in the meantime I will be your goodwill ambassador here! With very best wishes for a happy and successful 2012. Family Trip to Vietnam July 2011
I would highly recommend traveling with Vivu Travel. We traveled as a family of 2 Adults and 2 children aged 10 & 8 in June/July 2011, we had an absolutely amazing time. With so many tour groups on offer in Vietnam I was really at a loss of who to choose. After weeks of research and a recommendation of a friend, we decided to book our 12 day tour with Tuan. Tuan was very helpful making suggestions, responding to my emails quickly and booking our internal flights and additional hotel stays. This gave me a sense of relief that I had chosen the best tour company. Our guides were so full of knowledge, our hotels perfect and in great locations and the sights we saw in Vietnam took our breath away. The memories we have of Vietnam will last a life time. Vivutravel Recommendation
My experience with Vivutravel was excellent! Even before I arrived in Vietnam, you answered all of my questions quickly and provided me with ample information to make just the right trip for me. You even provided me with different options at different price points to make sure I was happy with my package. And my experience when I arrived in Hanoi was just as great. Literally everything ran flawlessly the entire trip - from airport pickups to hotel check-ins to tour payments - never once did I have any problems. I just had to show up at my hotel reception desk at 8am every morning :) And if I did have questions I always received a prompt email and followup phone call to make sure I was at the right place. Plus I was always free in the late afternoon and evenings to explore the cities on my own. I think the country of Vietnam sells itself because it is absolutely beautiful and I have hundreds of pictures to prove it. The people were also very warm and always excited to share their country with me. Honestly I can't say enough wonderful things about my trip and I can't wait to come back! Thank you Ms. Chi!! A marvellous trip!
"Dear Ms Chi, It was wonderful. We both enjoyed ourselves immensely and have no hesitation in recommending your company and the specific tour we made - Highlights of Indochina - to anyone,in fact we have already done so to some of our friends. Our only comment was that maybe we tried to do too much but this is impossible to rectify as every client has different needs and desires. Our Hotel in Hoi An although very close to the old city was in the process of renovation which did leave something to be desired but I'm sure that when this is finished it will be a fine place.[The Hoi An Hotel] Some of the guides were better than others but this is true anywhere. They all tried hard to please though. On a more personal note Cristina and I would like to thank you personally for your help at the airport when we left Hanoi .This was greatly appreciated.
