2) From 1st April 2010 till end of August 2010:
+ Executive Room: US$ 140.00 nett per room per night - Single / Double/ Twin room
+ Preferred Room: US$ 155.00 nett per room per night - Single / Double/ Twin room
+ Executive Club Room: US$ 185.00 nett per room per night - Single / Double/ Twin room
+ Extra bed (for Executive Room & Preferred Room): US$ 60.00 nett with ABF per bed per pax per night
+ Extra bed (for Executive Club Room): US$ 80.00 nett with ABF per bed per pax per night


Term & condition:
+ The above rates are in US dollars, inclusive daily buffet breakfast for Single/Double/ Twin room
+ The above rates are inclusive 5% service charge and government tax, non commissionable.
+ The above rates are applicable to WORLDWIDE MARKET
+ The above rates are applied for all new FIT bookings only and subject to space availability. For Convention, Incentive, Meeting & Conference groups, rates will be quoted based on detail requirement of each booking.
+ Check in time is 15:00 hours on the day of arrival. For access to rooms prior to 15:00 hours, the room (s) must be reserved from the previous evening at the appliable contracted full night rate.
+ Check out time is 12:00 hours on the day of departure. Late check out up to 18:00 hours will be charged at 50% of the applicable contracted rate per room. For check out after 18:00 hours, a contracted full night's rate will apply. Unused room nights are not refunable for early departure.
+ Payment: all bookings require full pre-payment 48 hours prior to check in date (if the company does not have credit terms with the hotel).
+ Cancellation: any cancellation within 72 hours prior to FIT arrival date will be fully charged.
