Day 5: Hue Tour Meals: B, L +Guide

After breakfast, our tour starts with the visit to Imperial Citadel before taking the beautiful boat trip on the romantic Perfume River and visit Hue's best-known religious site-Thien Mu Pagoda and the Mausoleum of former emperor Minh Mang in a tranquil setting of gardens and lakes. Day 6: Hue – Hoi An Meals: B +Guide After breakfast, we drive to Hoi An, a major Asian trading port in the 17th and 18th centuries whose architecture and relaxed lifestyle has changed little over the years and for sure, Hoi An is a wonderful destination for all kinds of Vietnam Tours. This scenic drive passes through the fishing village of Lang Co before climbing over the Pass of Ocean Clouds. Along the way, stop in Danang to visit the Cham Museum which contains the finest collection of Cham sculptures in the world. Day 7: Hoi An Cooking class Meals: B, L +Guide We start the day (8.15am) with a welcome drink at Hai Café (98 Nguyen Thai Hoc Street, Hoi An Ancient Town, Tel: 863210) – our meeting point.
We board the Red Bridge boat for a leisurely cruise (25 minutes) along the Hoi An River to the Red Bridge Cooking School. This is a chance to view local river life, so make sure your camera is handy. On arrival, we explore the cooking school’s herb garden, before learning about some of Hoi An’s and Vietnam’s well-known dishes. The cooking lesson runs for about 2 hours – the Red Bridge chefs first demonstrate each dish before we prepare the same dish ourselves. Included in the class is a brief introduction to Vietnamese food carving (plate decoration). After the lesson, we sit down and eat what we have cooked. Bring your swimsuit and after the cooking tour has finished relax and enjoy free use of our new 20 metre swimming pool. Overnight in a Hoi An hotel. Day 8: Hoi An – My Son Tour – Hoi An Meals: B, L +Guide
After breakfast, we invite you an interesting visit to My Son Holy land, once the spiritual capital of Champa Kingdom that dominated South East Asia for nearly a thousand years and occupied most of the central parts of Vietnam from 2nd century to 16th century with very rich in history and culture. Day 11: Siem Reap – Flight to Phnom Penh Meals: B, L After breakfast at hotel, take wooden boat on Tonle Sap Lake by visit the daily life of floating villagers and other activities. Afternoon flight to Phnom Penh. Pick up and transfer to your hotel. Check in on arrival. Free at leisure and overnight in Phnom Penh.
Day 12: Phnom Penh Meals: B, L + Guide

Day 13: Phnom Penh – Chau Doc by boat Meals: B + Guide Breakfast at hotel and until we transfer you to the boat pier for your boat departure to Chau Doc at 12.30pm. Upon your arrival, pick up and overnight in Chau Doc.
Day 14: Chau Doc – Can Tho Meals: B, L + Guide
After breakfast, we take the boat trip to explore the floating and fishing village of Chau Doc then a unique Cham ethnic minority village before driving to Can Tho. Stop on the way to see famous Sam Mountain and enjoy a great view from the summit. Continue to Can Tho, the heart of Mekong Delta in Vietnam. Check in and free at leisure. Overnight in Can Tho.
Day 15: Can Tho – Ho Chi Minh Meals: B, L + Guide In the morning, we make the boat cruise to see the Cai Rang floating market (the nicest one with heaps of rowing boats), truly highlights of any Vietnam Tours where you will enjoy the beautiful scenery and see the daily activities of the locals who live along the Mekong canals and later, you will roam through the village to visit a rice husking mill, a rice noodles making shop which are nice chances to discover the daily life of Vietnamese people in Mekong Delta. Upon arrival in Cu Chi, we visit the incredible underground tunnel network of approximately 200 kilometres hand-constructed by Vietnamese guerillas during the long struggle for independence where you will understand more about the Vietnam War or American War, a must see Vietnam Tour for any tourists to learn about Vietnam past and present days. Afternoon drive back to Ho Chi Minh. After lunch, visit the War Remnants or History Museum and the former Presidential Palace.
