Yes, your Sapa tour guide will be waiting outside the train station with a Vivutravel's board sign and with your name. It is about 50 minute drive from Lao Cai train station to Sapa town. The tour guides who we use in Sapa, are just local guides. They know a lot about the areas, ethnic groups... but not history of Vietnam, Vietnam war, Vietnam culture...

We provide telephone numbers of our Sapa local guides and Sapa tour operators in advance, just in case.
