ITINERARY
Day 1: Bangkok – Chiang Mai Meals: L + Guide Pick-up from your BKK Hotel and transfer to BKK Airport. Flight Bangkok – Chiang Mai. Meet at Chiang Mai airport and transfer to Park Hotel.
Overnight at Park Hotel***, Chiang Mai or similar.
Day 2: Chiang Mai Meals: B, L + Guide Breakfast at hotel. Visit a jungle area north of Chiang Mai including an Elephant Camp. You will see a demonstration of how trained elephants are used in the Teak Industry. You can also ride an elephant (extra charge)! At an Orchid Nursery, you’ll explore hundreds of species of rare and colorful blooms. Lunch at local restaurant. Visit Sankamphaeng; with its Thai silk and cotton handlooms; Bor Sang, the paper and umbrella-making village; the Celadon kilns with its exquisite, traditional high-fired stoneware factories. The main purpose of this tour is to show you how talented Chiang Mai people are at their art works and handicrafts from raw materials until the finished products. Day 3: Chiang Mai – Chiang Rai Meals: L + Guide Breakfast at hotel.
Lunch at local restaurant. Visit the famous and popular Golden Triangle area around Chiang Saen, situated on the banks of the Mekong River which divides Thailand and Laos. Experience a boat trip on the Mekhong River. Transfer to your hotel in Chiang Rai city and check in. Overnight at Wiang Inn Hotel***, Chiang Rai or similar.

Visit Wat Phrathad Doi Suthep (A.D.1384) 3,500 feet above sea-level, containing a holy relic of the Lord Buddha, with a challenging flight of over 300 steps, flanked by mythological Nagas. A panoramic view of the City can be seen from here at 3,500 feet above sea level.
