I am sorry that I have not got back to you before now but have been very busy since we have returned home last week and very tired. We really should have had more rest days while we were away but then we would have missed out on seeing something.

We had a fantastic time in Vietnam and have you to thank for that. The tours, the accommodation, the restaurants, everything was really good that you booked for us. So much so that if ever you have anyone that needs a reference from us to go with your company, I would be only too happy to give it to them.

Starting off with Hanoi, Vinh our tour guide, who I believe you went to University with was very good. It was great to have had an ex farm boy to learn about the land as my father is very interested in agriculture. I was so glad that you chose Koto to have lunch in Hanoi as I had read about the restaurant but didn’t think that we would have the time to go there so when we found out we were going there with the tour, it made our day. Moveinpick Hotel was an excellent choice and excellent location especially as the first day we went to Hanoi Hilton which was not far. Halong Bay would have to be a highlight and the boat was amazing. The cook cooked the best Vietnamese food I have ever had.

The hotels in Hue and Hoi an were great and again great locations. We just loved walking around the streets of Vietnam looking at the everyday life which I am not sure that the guides understood as this is everyday life for you and don’t see it as something different but is very different than here in Australia.

In Nha Trang we had a great time.

Phan Viet – wow. We were upgraded and had the best time – but a shame so short. We will come back here and just spend some relaxation time here. Qui our tour guide was great in Saigon and was extremely friendly.
