I am Nguyen Minh Tuan, the founder and CEO of Vivutravel.

I have been involved in the hospitality and tourism industry for the last 15+ years. I have held a variety of positions in the tourism sector that first started with working as a tour guide from 2002 to 2004, as a sales manager in 2005, and finally set up Vivutravel in 2006. My broad knowledge of serving people has given me an all-round appreciation of what travellers expect.

From my very first job it has been my objective to highlight the very best of Vietnam and its people. I put in an enormous amount of effort to promote the beauty and different regions of this country.

In my time in the tourism industry I have gained the passion, skills, experience and in-depth knowledge to organise the best tour packages in Vietnam and Indochina at reasonable prices, yet still with an absolute commitment to quality.

My aim was to create a travel agency that delivers a tailor-made service that went down to the finest detail to match the traveller's interests and tastes. Quite simply, I aim to provide a tour package that is entirely designed around the traveller that can easily be tailored to work within a preferred budget.

I work with a team of experts that will ensure our travellers get to see and experience places that others might miss and see the highlights in a completely different light. Our ability to combine highly competitive prices and great customer satisfaction means we continue to build a positive rapport and gain wonderful feedback from our travellers.
