Risk-Free Booking Policies Post Covid-19

Vivutravel understands that you wish to travel again, but with hesitation and wonder if Covid-19 will return or what will happen if you have to cancel the holiday again. Vivutravel would like to update our new booking policies so that you can go ahead with planning and booking your Vietnam holiday with us.

Our Risk-Free Booking Policies when Vietnam resumes international tourism:

Free tour design and quotation: Just fee free to send us your travel inquiries, Vivutravel will help you plan the trip, which is free. You can save it and come back to us when you are able to travel.

Changes: You can always change you plan before and during your Vietnam and Indochina holiday, Vivutravel are happy to support until everything fits you well.

Deposits for life: Vivutravel normally asks for 30% deposit. However, we will only apply a deposit of $200 per person to secure your booking. If you can't travel for some reasons, Vivutravel will hold your deposit for life. Of course, we can refund the deposit if you ask for.

Payment: You do not have to pay us the outstanding balance before coming to Vietnam. You can pay the rest at our office in Vietnam by cash or credit cards.

Cancellation and refund: Vivutravel never charges any cancellation fee. We only charge you when we are charged by our suppliers such as airliines, hotels. We always stand by our customer's side to get money back. 

If you have to cancel or shorten your trip when you are traveling in Vietnam for some reasons. Vivutravel will also refund you the unused services.
