1. Booking confirmation: Confirmed itinerary and all information such as flight booking, hotel booking, visa arrangement,... must be acurate.

2. Before your arrival: Two weeks before your arrival, our reservations and operation will double check everything to ensure that your trip is well prepared and organized. Any mistake will be fixed, any change will be informed timely.

3. During the tour: Our guides will carefully check your tour itinerary to make sure that things are ok. Our drivers will check the cars (vehicles) each day before the tour. Our reservations team will call the hotels one day before you come. Our operation team will keep our eyes on your travel from the begining to the end. The whole team of Vivutravel will be your travel companion and you are not alone when traveling with us.

4. Emergency Dealing: Customer care department is in our head office in Hanoi and you can contact us at anytime for anything. However, in each part of the tour, we also have local tour operator who is ready to solve your problem.
