The new tourist sites in Lao Cai province will be opened in 2017

Lao Cai province is focusing on improving infrastructure and creating some more tourist sites around this province.

According to Mr Nguyen Dinh Dung, Deputy Director of the provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism. Lao Cai province is opening the news tourist sites to discover the northwestern region’s terraced field culture heritage route in Bac Ha and Bat Xat districts

So, besides the beautiful landscape and amazing hill tribes in Sapa, when traveling to Bac Ha district the travelers will have a great chance to explore the stunning terraced rice filed in Tan Van Chu village, Ban Pho village of Flower Hmong tribe and discover the culture and custom of different minorities in this area via colorful markets.

Moreover, travelers also have a chance to explore some new tourist spots such as Thien Long cave, Ba Me Con mountain ( Mother and her two children), Thac Bay Natural Reserve.

Not far from Lao Cai city center is Bat Xat district, traveling to this place, travelers will have a chance to discover the amazing scenery of terraced rice fields in Y Ty. Traveling to Y Ty, travelers can take part in different kinds of tours such as trekking tour, biking tour to enjoy the wild beauty of nature and experience the rich ethnic culture in this area.
