A group of five Spanish tourists got abandoned in Halong Bay after they booked an overnight cruise with Paragon Cruise through Expedia.es. The total money spent was 639 euro. However, when they arrived at Tuan Chau international port, they did not find any cruise with that name and in fact, Paragon Cruise does not exist. Luckily, PELICAN Cruise Ship offered them an overnight cruise for free.

Many tourists tend to book their trips via an online platform, or on spot, which is quite a risky way. Booking agents in Vietnam are not travel companies, they offer low-cost tours, but will be too expensive when services received not as what promised.
