Vivu Travel organized private tour for me and my boyfriend to Northeast Vietnam. It was 5 day 4 night tour. We had driver and tour guide Tung for just two of us. Tung was so knowledgeable ,he answered all of our questions and told us lots of history. Accommodation was really high level and all meals we ate in local eateries.Food was very good. We visited different villages and local markets in North Vietnam, went in couple houses and met friendly people. We visited Ban Gioc waterfall at China's border and Nguom Ngao Cave.It was amazing. The other thing I really liked is where ever we went there were no many tourists. This all tour was off tourist path and is amazingly private and genuine. Thank you VivuTravel, you made our trip to Vietnam unforgettable.
We traveled with our family with 3 children (7, 9 and 13) and we choose Vivutravel. The preparations were made via exchanges of mails, without any problem as the agency is very responsive and perfectly responds to our requests. On site, everything is tailor made for us and according to the program (some changes depending on the weather). The guides are perfectly good, cultured and above all, they have to heart to make us share the Vietnamese culture (special thanks to Tung). In short, it is an agency that I recommend without any hesitation.
