This is offical website of VIETNAM IMMIGRATION DEPARTMENT -  Ministry of public security. This seems convienient, but slow as it takes quite a long time to get a reply.

3 - Obtain Vietnamese visa on arrival: This is the most convenient way for you and it also saves your time. What you need is to send a copy of your passport to a Vietnam travel agency, let them know your arrival date, length of travel, you will get your Vietnamese visa done within 2 working days and the fee is cheap. What is the weather like in Vietnam?

The North
