Ban Gioc waterfall is located on the border line between Vietnam and China in the northeast province of Cao Bang. How to get to Ban Gioc waterfall?

There are two ruotes to get to Ban Gioc waterfall, the distance is about the same.

1. From Hanoi you get to Cao Bang via Thai Nguyen and Bac Kan province
2. From Hanoi you get to Bac Ninh, Bac Giang and Lang Son province.

Note: Hanoi - Cao Bang is about 240km. Cao Bang - Ban Gioc is about 86km.

Best time to visit Ban Gioc waterfall

The dry season from October to May must be the best time to visit. It is when the falls are gentle like a charming girl. From May - September, the falls are like Rolling Thunder.
