Firstly apologies that i have been calling you Kim and now I appreciate that is your last name !  Doe (not sure how to spell his name)  our tour guide corrected me!

We definitely had a very interesting holiday and enjoyed the variety of things on our itinerary that you put together.  You can't order the weather and we were just unlucky with rain in Ha Noi and Ha Long Bay, they were still fantastic.
 
Almost everything we want to say is positive, all our tour guides were brilliant, very knowledgeable and interesting to talk with. They always met us on time and the drivers were also excellent.

Hotels - all in good locations except the one in Ho Chi Minh.  We felt we were not staying in the best location there.  Although the hotel was tucked away from the main street, walking anywhere locally from that hotel was not a pleasant experience.  (We resorted to taxi's.)  It would have been better to have been in District 1. We did feel on reflection that we spent too much time in Ho Chi Minh and that for us it was too much time in the city.

We wish to thank you once again for your help in coordinating the tour and we will be very pleased to recommend your services to friends and family.
