We are, of course, safely back home - at least in body; I feel our hearts are still in Vietnam. And I am most happy to write some comments about our trip.

Most importantly, we had a wonderful time, and your organisation was excellent at all times. Firstly, in the flexible way you met all my suggestions. Secondly, with the efficient way you handled all the arrangements - hotels were booked; guides were always waiting (even after the 4-hour delay in our flight to Danang) - we had no problems along the route of our holiday.

In conclusion, I have no hesitation in recommending the services of  Vivutravel, and am very happy for you to pass on my email to any future clients who may wish direct confirmation of my views. I will also try to put my comments about Vivutravel on Trip Advisor, though they do not seem to have a section for Travel Agents.
