Good evening, Lan; it was so very nice to meet you and your staff in your office on January 14. Thank you for your heartfelt welcome reception and for your lovely gift . It was also heartwarming that you and your staff were dressed in your national costume; that was a very touching gesture on all your part as well as your staff.

 
We are so very pleased at the arrangements you have made for our visit in Vietnam and Cambodia as well as your prompt action in having us moved to a different room away from the noise from the party that was going on on the 13th Floor. That was very much appreciated.
