After reading reviews on TripAdvisor, we decided to work with VivuTravel in arranging a private tour for my wife and I to visit Sapa and the surrounding areas. The tour was nice and well organized as expected. During the tour, I decided to change the plan to visit other areas after talking to people we ran into during the tour. Since we agreed and paid everything upfront, including all lodgings, I did not expect to get any money back from the hotels that we already paid for in advance. However, upon learning about our change of plan, Thien Trang of VivuTravel called a couple of hotels and was able to get most of the unused lodging refunded. I thought that this is really nice gesture and decide to share the experience with you. Thanks, Thien Trang.

I guessed Thien Trang learned about our change of plan because she maintained contact with the hotel managers on a regular basis to assure that her clients are well taken care of. She did not wash her hand after receiving the payment in full. This is another nice touch that I would like to share.
