Thank you for organising the Vietnam tour for us. We certainly have a wonderful time. Here is our feedback:
The guide was very knowledgeable and speaks good English. The tour was well organised. For the visit to Ceramic Village we would like to suggest the following:
1. A video on the history of ceramic in Vietnam, the development and the current status of the ceramic industry.
2. An opportunity for the visitor to make a simple mug or plate and have their photos taken and imprinted on the mug or plate. The cost could be built into the tour price. (people tend not to participate if they are told they have to pay extra.)
3. Good to have a small classroom session to introduce visitor to the art of ceramic making.
The above would not be within your control but we hope you can feedback to the Tourism Authority. Once again thank you very much and we hope to use your services again in the near future.
