''With online frauds out there, I was nervous where to start. There was 2 travel agencies that I was looking at for a full 2 weeks Vietnam trip. But after some research (google, trip advisor), I ended up going with ViVu Travel for their timely responses and adjustable accommodations. We we were a big group (13). Hoai (agent) and Quyen (Ha Noi's travel guide) made it so easy to fall in love with Vietnam. Some of our group has already been to the south and central so Hoai left our itinerary open there. But once in the north, Anh Quyen guided us through Ha Noi, Sapa and Ha Long Bay. Hoai provided shuttles for us to and from airports, hotels/cruise per cities and domestic flights in-between. ViVu Travel really went above and beyond by checking in on our trip and making sure all is smooth sailing.
