Join us for our acclaimed photography workshop in Bac Ha, Lao Cai province. We travel overnight by train to Lao Cai or even by express bus through new high way, and then by motorbike into the mountains for a traditional homestay with a H’mong family.  The following day includes a trip by longboat up the Chay River, and a ride to Bac Ha town for the incredible Flower H’mong market.  It all makes for an unforgettable adventure amidst spectacular surroundings.

Your Vietnam photography tour cannot be successful without cruise the waters of Vietnam’s iconic Halong Bay while learning the fundamentals of great travel photography.  We travel by chartered junk deep into the bay, far from the tourist hordes, and experience a side of Ha Long that most visitors barely glimpse.  The trip includes a workshop on landscape photography from the top deck of our boat, a sampan or kayak excursion into the lagoons and caves surrounding Cat Ba National Park, and a dawn photoshoot at a floating village as fishermen start work for the day. 

Ninh Binh Explorer
Discover the classic landscapes of lowland Vietnam - paddies, karst and canal-side village - on this adventure to Ninh Binh. We photograph the ruins of Vietnam's ancient capital Hoa Lu, take a boat ride through the paddies and caves at Tam Coc and wander the traditional Kinh villages of this charming province.  The trip also includes a visit to beautiful Cuc Phuong National Park, with a jungle trek and encounter with rare primates at the Endangered Primate Rescue Centre.
