Don't miss Paradise Cave when travel to the central Vietnam

Paradise Cave is known as "underground palace" and is one of the most magnificent and magical wonders in the world. This is a destination can not miss in Vietnam travel itineraries for 2 weeks or 3 weeks.

Nestled deeply in the World Natural Heritage - Phong Nha-Ke Bang National Park with ancient catto terrain, formed around 350 to 400 million years ago. Paradise Cave is located at Km 16, far from the edge of Ho Chi Minh road's West Branch about 4km and belongs to Son Trach commune, Bo Trach District, Quang Binh Province.

In 2005, from information of a local people who have accidentally discovered a valuable cave located inside the World Natural Heritage - Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Park, immediately attracting attention of the scientists, explorers, local and international communities. Shortly after that British Caving association, under the chairmanship of Dr. Howawd Limbert immediately organized caving Union and announced very unexpected.results. According to expedition, this is the longest dry cave in Asia, especially stalagmites, stalactites system bearing a mysterious beauty beyond human imagination... Paradise Cave is over 31.4 km in length, width ranges from 30 to 100 m, at its widest point up to 150 meters; height from the bottom to the ceiling of cave about 60-80m, British Caving Association rated as the longest dry cave in Asia, one of the most spectacular caves in the world.

Paradise Cave has a such magnificent structure that explorers think of a heaven on the earth, its small mouth just enough for one people get into lies on hundreds of meters crag, slope leading down to the background of cave long 15m, slopes are created very picky with numerous big round beads of stalactites, the two sides have many collapsing vestiges, sprawling stalactite columns as though undergoing a tectonic.

Glamorous beauty of the cave was revealed when light shines on boundless fantasy stalactites. Narrow mouth but in fact the inside width more than 200m, ceiling is immense and taken shape sky high... Especially in the cave there are images that look like cultural icon of some regions, deep inside are many stones grain fluidly as terraces, in the midle,wet rice civilization's symbols and Champa piramid were beautifully sculptured on cliff. Specially Quang Han Palace where stalactite drooping like curtain of fairies or Quan Tien Palace converge with both icon of Buddha Amitabha, ... Most unique is the Lotus Tower with unique shapes that under the eyes of each person, in each angle carries different shapes... In fact it is stalactite formed from water droplets splashing does not follow any rule create mysterious beauty of Paradise Cave.

Compared with Phong Nha Cave the stalactites in Paradise Cave there are more dynamic shapes. Occasionally encounter a new treep stone as just formed, still wet, step on it hear sound barrier broken at the foot. Somewhere when are shone will gleam like tinsel, twinkl as boundless starlight night. Cave's background is flexible, wide and relatively flat, temperature is 20-21 degrees.

To serve tourists, extraction units were installed a long wooden staircase through the middle cave. This stair system increasingly adorn the endless, pristine beauty of this caves.
