Your nationality (We better understand what you need and advise where to start first in Vietnam)
Approximate or exact Date of Travel (Can be flexible)

2. Sit back and and Relax
As soon as we receive your requirements, your private travel consultant at Vivutravel will notify you with an greeting email and start working on your inquiry. Once finished, a full detailed tour itinerary with best quotation to be sent with clear information, advice and suggestions noted. It is time for you to review. Once done, you can come back with amendments or adjustments. We work on until the itinerary and cost match you perfectly. 

3. Go ahead with booking
When it comes to a final itinerary and you agree to book. We need your full name (name on passport) to make hotel, flight reservation. When all confirmed, we let you know with a confirmed status. Following is our Deposit Request which is 30% of the tour cost. You can pay online by Credit Cards or Paypal. Your travel consultant with help you with payment. The outstanding balance can be paid on arrival at Vivutravel's office. Please also check our Refund & cancellation policies.

4. You are not alone
Travelling to a strange country is a new experience. You may feel unfamiliar or even shock with a different culture, traffic in Vietnam.
