Dinners are only included if you stay overnight in a homestay, overnight on cruise in Halong Bay, Mekong Delta or at some special occasions such as welcome dinner, farewell dinner or on requested. So dinners are at your own choice and arrangement, but Vivutravel's tour guide will always give you good suggestions based on your preferences.
We worked with Hoai Nguyen over several months to book a guided/driver tour in early August 2018 and were extremely pleased with Hoai's approach to communicating with us and ensuring every request was satisfied. Highly recommend this company in providing advice and recommendations on how to see as much of Vietnam as is possible in a short, (8 day) trip.
We traveled 4 people 14 days through Vietnam, visiting, Hanoi, Sapa, Halong Bay, Hue, Hoian, Danang, and Ho Chi Minh, everything was very well organized, fulfilling everything we had agreed. Give thanks to Lan, and to all our guides, Sue, Do, etc. for their advice and explanations. Travel agency highly recommended if you travel to Vietnam
Dear Hoai, Once again thank you for all the excellent arrangements! It was indeed an memorable trip. And thanks for the surprise. We wish you all the best. Cheers! Laxmi and Pragati
Everything was great. Food was amazing and tour guide's knowledge of the history was incredible. We loved all of it.
We are extremely satisfied. All arrangements were excellent. Hotel was great. Our guide was perfect, good, efficient, informative, excellent English.
Excellent, service, excellent staff and professional business. We have been very satisfied so far. Vietnamese people are so happy and friendly.
You are the best. We have only experienced the good things and thoroughly enjoyed our time in Vietnam, learning your traditions, history and culture. We would like to visit different regions of Vietnam in the future but we are not sure when the trip will be, but will use Vivutravel again. Regards Hannah Crabtree
Excellent tour! Having previously been a believer in booking everything myself for a holiday, I was a little nervous about using a tour operator for our Vietnam holiday from Hanoi to Saigon/HCMC. However, the private tour that Vivu provided was a truly fantastic experience. The guides were extremely flexible and knowledgeable, everything was arranged with no hiccups and the price was about 33% cheaper than using a UK operator. We even met the owner of the firm in Hanoi who met up with us for a coffee to check everything was ok. Highly recommended!
Wonderful country, wonderful people, wonderful food. This was a really good trip. Vivutravel were very flexible. We changed quite a lot as we were travelling and it was no problem. Vietnam is a 'must see' place. The people, the food, the scenery, are all fantastic. Vivutravel is the way to do it. We asked Duc (our guide in Hanoi) to take us to a real local restaurant for lunch in Hanoi. He said that he would pay if there was another European there. There wasn't and it was great!! Every part of the country was terrific in its way, country and city. Go there with Vivutravel and go round the whole country for as long as you can; it's worth it
With a friend I did a Tour in Vietnam and booked this Tour with Viviutravel. We coosed a 11 days Tour starting in Hanoi and ending in HoChiMinghCity. Tuan and his Team did a great job. They worked out a Tour according to our wishes/needs. We redceived a warm welcome when we arrived in Hanoi. We meet three well adjucated and best informed Guides. They we able to answer all our questions. We can fully recommend Vivutravel to other travellers and if we come back to Vietnam, we will again book with Vivutravel. They are a reliable Organizer.
Annoyingly the start of our holiday was shaded by a flight delay, but thankfully our tour guide Mr. Thao was waiting for us and was so friendly and welcoming. Our accommodation over the 10 days was fantastic, my partner Paul can be particularly fussy! As a gay couple traveling in Vietnam, our tour guides and drivers made us feel very welcome and safe. Our driver Mr Tuan was fabulous, its a crazy country to drive in! We could not wait to see Halong Bay and the night onboard the junk boat was magical. My partner particularly enjoyed learning about the history of Vietnam and a tour around the Cu Chi tunnels were touching and interesting. Vietnam is full of wonder and delights and we hope to be back. Thank you to everyone at Vivutravel for making this such a wonderful holiday.
I can't emphasise enough how impressed we have been by the service we have received from Vivutravel. The efficiency in which Ms Kim put together an exciting itinerary for our trip to Vietnam and tweaked it without hesitation. Her thoughtfulness has surpassed our expectation in her attention to details. I would thouroughly recommend this company. The 10 days went passed too quick. We just loved walking around the ancient temples and pagoda's in Hue and the food tour in Hanoi was brilliant. I cannot wait to try cooking a few dishes at home. We actually chose the cookery tour in HoiAn and it was a great day. Our tour guide organised the day for us, Ms. Nhung even made sure we knew how to say a few words in Vietnamese too. Thank you to everyone at Vivutravel we had the best 10 days.
Four of us recently returned from a wonderful 10 day tour to Vietnam. With the expert help of Ms Hanh who always responded within a few hours of emailing questions. Ms Hanh was so good at accommodating our tour tweaks and we really enjoyed the Hanoi Foodie Tour that she suggested. Our guides in Hanoi, Hoi An and Hue and Ho Chi Minh City were all very good, adding places of interest on request, for example stopping to take photos of rice harvesting en route, and the drivers were wonderful, offering cold bottles of water each time we returned to the van after very hot explorations on foot and after our biking tour in Hoi An. We recommend taking the Vespa tour of Ho Chi Minh city, such a great way to see the city. We could never have seen as much and in such comfort if we had been exploring on our own! Thank you to all at Vivutravel.
Thank you for creating the itinerary for our trip July 11-25. We truly enjoyed the sites, the knowledgeable tour guides, and wonderful hotels. Mr. Thong was very knowledgeable on both historical and current topics in Hanoi and neighboring sites, and was easy to talk with. Mr. Thong was very helpful in advising on ATMs and when dropping us off at the airport (all the way through check-in process). He was also thoughtful and entertaining. We enjoyed him very much. All in all, a wonderful trip! Thanks for all your work to make our vacation memorable, and we will be sure to recommend your services to any of our friends should they visit Vietnam. Lucy Day
