‘’An Exelence Travel Agent” I booked our trip through Vivutravel after reading the positive reviews on Tripadvisor. I was dealing with Ms Hoai. She customised our itinerary Private Tour 8 days in North Vietnam and South Vietnam. We started from Hanoi and take an overnight Cruise at Halong Bay and finish at Ho Chi Minh City. Our itinerary was packed with great places to visit, irresistible food and nice accommodation. The best visit was the Halong Bay Cruise. All tour guides spoke good English and could answer all questions we asked them. Overall i feel that Vivu Travel made our tour very enjoyable and I would recommend using them.
Amazing service, great guides, could not do better. Everything was perfect and our visit wonderful. Great job.
We love Vietnam and very happy with everything so far. It is much less stressful travelling with Vivutravel.
All went well. We were interested in the different versions of history told to us. Tour guides and drivers were fabulous. We loved Hoi An and even with the flooding was our favorite place. We also enjoyed Marble Mountain, Halong Bay and Phu Quoc (what a smart choice to finish the tour here). What i liked least about Vietnam is the traffic. My friend was quite scared of all the scooters. If you visit Vietnam, spend more time in the countryside and less time in cities.
We had a very satisfied holiday in Vietnam and could not ask for more. Vietnamese culture is very interesting and the food is the best. We enjoyed tour time in Hanoi, Halong Bay, Hoi An and Phu Quoc island. We will be back.
We are very satisfied with our visit. We mostly liked learning history, about Vietnamese people and the food. If i can, i will return to Vietnam because i have not experienced everything within 2 weeks.
We were extremely satisfied, especially with Trinh (our guide in Hanoi), she is very knowledgeable, patient, helpful and she has a beautiful big heart. Highly recommended Trinh. Vietnam is a beautiful country to visit, but we are not sure we will come back because we were so satisfied with this trip. Thanks Vivutravel.
Thank you so much for your excellent service. We enjoyed the holiday from start to finish. The Halong bay cruise was amazing. Vietnam is a beautiful country with very friendly people. I will definitely come back with friends. I think, Vietnam tourism should advertise more on Facebook, etc.
I don't think something needs to be improved. I didn't have any bad experiences, nothing to say. Everything was excellent and we were satisfied. The food in Vietnam is incredible, much more delicious than other tourism destinations in the region. I will return to Vietnam and recommend your company to friends and anyone i know.
We were very satisfied, Vivutravel changed the itinerary to suit our needs, good quality hotel, excellent information tours and excellent guide. We probably return to Vietnam as there will be many places we have not visited.
Dear Ha, I'm writing to say thank you for everything and especially for your patience! We enjoyed very much our trip!!! Many regards Elena Rivolta
WOW what a holiday! With only 12 days to explore a new country, we really wanted to squeeze in as much as possible. Vivutravel made the entire process so easy, we were happy we chose to work with a professional tour operator. Vietnam is a beautiful country. Our tour guides were all so helpful, professional and friendly. We especially enjoyed our time in Hue and Mr. Linh was so knowledgeable about all the sights we went to see. We could not believe how CRAZY the roads are in Vietnam, but our driver Mr. Cuong made us feel very safe. We recommend taking time to explore Cu Chi tunnels, they were breathtaking and so interesting. We left wanting to come back and would use Vivutravel again for our next adventure. A big Thank you to our wonderful guides, who made our holiday so special.
We have just returned from our wonderful holiday in Vietnam on a personal program put together especially for us by our travel consultant, Ms.Ngoc. We only had 15 days and wanted an appropriate mixture of travel and culture, but also some days to relax. Ms. Ngoc managed to do this for us. All our tour guides were exceptional - all very friendly and informative. We shall be sure to use Vivutravel when we return to visit the rest of Vietnam. Thank you to you at Vivutravel.
The most wonderful experience ever! Vivutravel put together the most wonderful tour of Vietnam with experienced friendly attentive guides, who all spoke very good english. Every moment was used to the best advantage, every hotel was of a fantastic standard, restaurants were splendid. If there was a spare hour, rather than get you to the airport early and leave you there, we would stop at a village and the guide would give us a tour of the village finishing up at the local coffee shop. Please heed some good advice and book with this company you will not be disappointed. If you don't want to book one of their tours you can suggest your own. They will guide you all the way through, including help with appplying for a visa. They are brilliant and so quick to respond to you.
Well we said we wanted a cultural holiday and that is what we got! We had such a tight budget for our holiday, but thankfully we found Vivutravel. They were fantastic at making sure we got to experience as much as possible. Our travel consultant Ms. Duong was super helpful and made us feel relaxed about our itinerary and budget. We never thought we would be able to experience scuba diving in Halong Bay or going fishing with a traditional farmer, we really had a fantastic time. All of our guides were super friendly and could not be more helpful, especially when my boyfriend needed to buy some medication, they dealt with it for us in a professional manner. There is so much to see in Vietnam, we cannot wait to come back.
A group of five friends recently returned from a most wonderful tour organized by your company and Ms. Kim. Ms. Kim was fantastic to work with, very responsive, very accommodating, very polite, not pushy and provided a well organized itinerary for us all to look forward too. Needless to say everyone had a wonderful time and had only kind things to say about our amazing holiday. The tour guides in the various cities were exceptional. Their knowledge of history and delivery of this knowledge made it easy to understand and appreciate. Their love and pride for their countries was evident. Special recognition goes to Mr. Vinh and our driver Mr. Chau, for a job very well done! We all agreed that of all the cities we visited on this trip, Hue was the one we would love to return to and spend a couple of weeks just absorbing the culture. Thank you again Vivutravel and my husband and I hope to return for our anniversary next year.
