Best I Have Ever Been! The tour was wonderfully planned with high efficiency. The guide was very honest and fun. You name it, they have it, honestly. Plus, the price is not very steep and certainly value for money.
Truly experience! We have searched on the web and contacting many tour companies. We have choose Vivu Travel for two weeks experience in Vietnam. This tour was well planned and itinerary was very flexible. Our young guide was helpful . He was not boring with unnecessary details but gave us all the information whenever we ask him. We had the extreme pleasure .Everything about this experience was fantastic and truly memorable. A great tour and professional company. Thank a lots
Asia was new to me when I took a 2-week holiday in Vietnam organised by Vivu Travel but I don’t intend to be a stranger any longer. I was met by Mr. Giang at Ho Chi Ming Airport after getting my visa and clearing customs. My itinerary had already been agreed with Vivu Travel and after a night in Vietnam’s largest city, we headed west to the Mekong Delta. It’s a fascinating place of villages, fishermen and farmers. The floating markets involved an early start but it was worth it. Central Vietnam has some lovely beaches and with Hoi An an ancient trading port, our next destination was on the coast. The beaches were lovely and I may suggest a longer beach holiday here in the future. We continued on to Hue which was the capital when the French occupied Indochina. There was plenty of interest here and Mr. Giang made sure I saw the main landmarks. There was time to go into the Highlands due west close to the Laos border. Wonderful scenery and a natural environment I will never forget. Once we reached Hanoi in the north, it was time to explore the capital which is still a mixture of traditional and colonial. I loved the street food incidentally. The finale of my two weeks in Vietnam was a trip east to Halong Bay where we boarded a boat to spend two days cruising between the many islands. It was a lovely way to relax after a fairly busy time. We returned to Hanoi for one last night after which I made my farewells to Mr. Giang who did a great job in introducing me to his country. I’m sure there will be things I’ve missed but there is always the next time.
We were so thrilled with Vivutravel services for our 8 day Cambodia tour in 2015 that we chose the company for this 15 day tour this year. We had splendid experience with excellent accommodations and guide and driver services. We are very pleased with the custom travel offered with Vivutravel because it is so easy to have flexibility in the daily schedule when you are a tour group. We believe that the attention and detail we receive from our guides is well worth using a tour operator, we have found Vivutravel to be less than the "luxury" prices you associate with tours and yet, we have enjoyed many luxurious hotels arranged by Vivutravel. Excellent tour, fantastic people. We will be using Vivutravel again.
Amazing time, well organised and a great tour operator. We learned a lot about us on this trip and the things that we want to focus on for our next adventure. If it is a private tour, like this one was, I would limit temples and gardens to only a couple a day. We would have preferred lunches to be eaten at restaurants where other tour operators did not stop at, they just got so busy. Food eaten from street vendors was super, maybe the tour could stop at more of these in the future. We would definitely recommend including cooking classes and food tours, our travel consultant Ms. Trang did offer to include them but we did not think we would have time. All in all an exceptional tour and we will be using Vivutravel again for our next big Vietnam adventure next year.
We chose the heritage tour on the recommendation of our travel consultant Ms. Kim, we wanted to experience as much as possible about the history of Vietnam. We were not disappointed. We have used tour operators before and Vivutravel did not let us down. Our time spent in Ho Chi Minh city really opened our eyes to the diversity of the city, although watch out for all the mopeds. Our guide Ms. Lien was very helpful and professional, she was always patient with us too. My husband loves to take pictures. I absolutely loved King Ming Mang and King Khai Dinh tombs, beautiful works of royal architecture of the Nguyen dynasty and in the evening we were treated like royalty at dinner and even got to wear traditional dress. Such amazing memories. Our guides never rushed us or made us feel like we were under time pressure and we appreciated this. Vivutravel really did make us feel special in their country and we recommend them to anyone wanting to use a tour operator.
