We just wanted to say we looked at many tours before choosing this tour with Vivutravel. From first contact Ms Hanh, she was polite, friendly and totally accommodating to our questions and changes. Nothing was too much trouble. She was proactive in suggesting changes to enhance our holiday plans. We now have a full itinerary of what we are doing each day and the accommodation we will be staying in, we have looked online and cannot wait. We are now really looking forward to our holiday and we will definitely be leaving a full review when we get back.

This was an amazing, extraordinary, eventful vacation to Vietnam. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Service was top notch excellent. Drivers and guides were courteous well informed, enthusiastic and very helpful and provided excellent service throughout our visit. We visited Hanoi, Halong Bay, Hoi An, Hue, Ho Chi Minh City and Sapa. Each place offered a new experience for us. A homestay is such a great way to learn about the real Vietnam. All of our hosts were fabulous and so friendly. We were able to help cook, see where they farmed on the rice paddies and enjoy local food. All of our hotel accommodations in each city was wonderful. Hue was like walking through pages of history, old and current both in Vietnam. Sapa ethnic market is well worth a visit, we picked up lots of special gifts and the locals appreciate the business too. A fantastic tour which takes you to the best of what Vietnam has to offer. Thank you Vivutravel.

We used Vivutravel for a 17 day tour throughout Vietnam. We had only done larger group tours before so this was a new experience for us. We loved the flexibility of this approach and Vivutravel's attention to our personal wishes. First, they were very responsive in the planning as we worked through our itinerary. Second, everything came off as planned. That included numerous hotels, homestay, boat tripes, guides with drivers, and internal flights. We had a terrific variety of experiences and enjoyed very much most of our guides. We would definitely do it all over again. We often had free time in places where it made sense and very much enjoyed that. We had excellent breakfasts and lunches which were included in our overall package. We loved Saigon for the food, hotel, and service. Sites that were most meaningful included the war remnants museum and cu chi tunnels, and a trip on the Mekong Delta.

The kids are still talking about our fantastic holiday. I can honestly say the whole holiday, right from the start was amazing. Vivutravel helped us choose and work out a very varied programme of the very best sights, scenery, temples, towns and really good range of hotels. Paul and Sarah loved staying with a traditional family and they loved spending time with our friendly driver, Mr Trung. He made the laugh and we felt really safe with him. My son ended up with a bad stomach and our guide Mr. Thang was so helpful and made sure we bought the right medication for him. All of the guides and drivers were a pleasure to be with, very knowledgeable and helpful. The kids loved the floating markets and my husband and I found Cu Chi tunnels so moving. The driver even let the kids sit in the air conditioned car whilst we walked around. We cannot wait to come back, thank you Vivutravel for organising a great family homestay holiday.

We chose a homestay vacation as we wanted to experience the 'true traditional' side of Vietnam. We were blown away with how easy it was to arrange and we left all of our bookings, excursions and accommodation in the hands of Vivutravel. All of hotels we stayed in were well located, clean and the staff so friendly. The homestay families were so welcoming, we wanted to take them all back home with us. The families showed us how they shopped at local floating markets, served us with traditional food and it was lovely to escape technology for a night or so. Bach Ma national park is a must, our tour guide made sure we arrived before all of the crowds. It was magical. I was so nervous about the Vespa tour around Ho Chi Minh city, but my wife and I loved it and we have not laughed so much. Great food, great people and a fantastic chance to see how the locals live and eat. We will definitely be back, thank you to everyone at Vivutravel.
