We have just booked our 21 day tour with Vivutravel and we wanted to leave a review to say how impressed we have been with their communication and service. We contacted three tour operators in Vietnam and Vivutravel responded immediately. They were able to book all of our accommodation, internal flights and travel as well as advising us on the best excursions to suit our budget. Our personal travel consultant Ms Trang has been so patient and professional. We cannot wait to go on holiday in October and we will be back to leave a review of the tour. It has certainly put our mind at rest and we can sit back and look forward to our adventure in Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia. Thank you and we look forward to meeting our guides.
I have to start the review by saying the boat trip to Wat Xieng Thong (Golden City Temple), the city of Luang Prabang was most inspiring way to start our tour of Asia. Each country offered incredible culture and places I have only ever seen in movies. From the food tour in Hanoi to meeting local tribes in the villages of Sapa. The trek to Sam mountain was tiring but the views across the rice paddies were well worth it. Our guides were all helpful and spoke perfect English. Cambodia offered impressive Angkor Wat then continue to visit the Bakheng Hill temple. Every country was so inspiring and different. The highlight for me was visiting Phnom Penh, wow what a place. Our 21 day tour was so well organised, Vivutravel booked all of our accommodation, internal flights, transport and excursions. We always felt safe with their guides. Special thanks to Mr. Quang who helped us out with our currency! We cannot recommend Vivutravel enough!
My husband, sister-in-law, brother-in-law just got back from our 21 day tour of Cambodia, Vietnam and Laos. We have been wanting to visit Asia for years so thought we would fit in as much as possible. When we contacted a few tour operators online Vivutravel was by far the quickest in responding to our inquiry. They did not try to point us in a direction that we didn't want to go and were so patient with the many changes that we made to the itinerary. Our tour included, hotels, in country flights, two meals a day, entrance fees and English speaking guides. Highlights of the trip were Angkor Wat and Angkor Thom, Saigon Foodie Tour on the back of a motorbike, cooking class in Hoi An, Imperial Citadel in Hue, Phong Nha Cave, Hanoi Old Quarter by rickshaw, the food, delicious and the people, wonderful, warm, beautiful! Our travel consultant Ms. Kim, our guides Mr. Tiep, Ms. Trinh and Mr Trung were all fantastic and so knowledgeable. We all had a holiday of a lifetime and we will definitely be back and use Vivutravel again.
