1/ Go to Halong bay city and take speed boat to Cat ba island
There are two places in Halong bay that you can take speed boat to Catba island. One go to Gia Luan harbour ( Catba island) and other one goes to Beo harbour ( near Catba town). So, you can choose wich one is suitable to your trip and time:

A- Speed boat depart at TUAN CHAU ISLAND ( SOUTH HALONG CITY)

If you go by speed boat depart from Tuan Chau island, harbour it will take you to Gia Luan harbour ( 25 km from Catba town) then you will take a bus about 45 minutes to go to Catba town and our office is there at 18 Nui Ngoc street, Catba town.

TUAN CHAU ISLAND - GIA LUAN: 7h15; 8h30; 10h30, 13h; 14h30; 16h
GIA LUAN - TUAN CHAU ISLAND: 9h00; 11h00; 13h30; 15h30; 16h30

B- Speed boat depart from Hon Gai harbour ( NORTH HALONG CITY)

If you go by speed boat from Hon Gai harbour, you will come to Hon Gai harbour and the boat will go directly to Beo harbour ( 1.5 km from Catba town). From here, you can contact us for going to Monkey Island.

2/ Go by ferry from Tuan Chau Island ( Halong bay) to Catba Island
You come to Tuan Chau island nearby Halong city and then there is a ferry to go to Gia Luan harbour in Catba island. From Gia Luan harbour, you can take a taxi or motobike taxi to Catba town. From Catba town, you will take a taxi to Beo harbour and contact us for pick up to Monkey Island Resort by boat.
