We had a wonderful, relaxing, memorable and great time during our 5 days holiday in Hanoi City and Halong Bay. We highly recommend VivuTravel if you would like to travel to Vietnam as they provide excellent customer service and professional tour guide.

We would like to express our thanks to Ms Ngoc of Vivu Travel for her speedy arrangement of our family trip. She is very helpful and responsive to our inquiry all the time.

We have requested for a Mandarin speaking tour guide and Ms. Ngoc of Vivu Travel have arranged Mr. Quoc Anh be our tour guide. He is very knowledgeable and dedicated to his job. Besides introduces Hanoi City and interesting places to us, he has also extended his working hours and spent his personal time at night to show us around old town and introduce local delicacies. He has also indicated famous food store on map for our easy reference. We felt grateful with him around us that we managed to find all food listed in our MUST EAT list.

My toddler nephew is very mischievous. However, he is able to handle him and even babysit for us when we are busy taking photos.
Last but not least, we want to thank for his generosity and hospitality.

This is our 1st time travel with Vivutravel but we would like to travel with them again in our next visit to Vietnam.
