My name is Tracy and I have been booking a Vietnam holiday through Tuan, I was referred to Tuan by a friend of mine Sue, her friend has booked through Tuan twice and highly recommend him. I am writing to you as I wanted to let you know that I am very very impressed with Tuan and so are my friends, he is very efficient and very very good at booking holidays. A fantastic staff member to have, very hard to come by in Australia these days. Just thought you would like to know.

From now on if I know of anyone travelling to Vietnam I will definatly be referring them to Tuan.
