There are no words to thank you Hoai Nguyen for all that you did for us. Right from the day I was in touch with you online and in just a few moments you took all the info and dates we were looking to travel, immediately the next day you had provided a complete itinerary. Just exactly to our likings and knowing I am a photographer you selected amazing locations for me to grab stunning images.

There would be nothing I would change in the itinerary but to add few more days in few places.

The Guide Tom and Pink made our journey safe and wonderful. TOM is an excellent guide with immense knowledge about the history of all the locations. He made sure about our diet restrictions and had pre arranged for everything. It felt like we were a part of the family in just a couple of days.

Hoai was always behind the scene making sure our rooms, our safety, the weather forecasts and tickets to all the attractions were taken care off. I have traveled a lot and worked with many travel agents but Hoai and ViVu Travel gets my #1 vote for the service and ease of working with. If there were 10 stars I would give them 10 star rating.

She was so kind to even extend our hotel check out time at no charge as pur flights were late at night. She made sure we reached all the hotels on time and if we needed any adjustments or if we had any requests to make our travel present. In all I have yet to see any travel company or an agent to take care of client's needs like Hoai did for us. You can tell she loves her job and she enjoys it from her heart. Initially I saw a deal on Travel Zoo for Vietnam and almost booked it. Thank God I did not book. I was able to find ViVu travel online intime and had browsed their wonderful website, to get an idea of packages and tours they have. We custom created our VIP tour for 4 people. They provided a great vehicle with very comfortable spacing to travel, all the 5 star luxury hotels, breakfasts, guides and drivers for our 19 day tour of Vietnam and Cambodia. The private tour was much less with ViVu travel then doing less days and a bus tour with 30 people with the Travel Zoo deal. With our private tour we could spent as much time as we needed to explore the sites and enjoy them compared to a bus with 30 people.

I will definately visit again to Vietnam and most definately use ViVu travel and get assistance from Hoai.

All 4 of us had nothing but good experience and good things to say.
