My family and I are now safely returned home - we actually arrived back last Saturday, but have been busy since then doing washing and going back to work.

I would like to reiterate James' comments and add that everything also went very smoothly during the second half of our trip. You know that we had the delay at Phnom Penh airport due to the mechanical problem with the aircraft, so this meant we lost a free afternoon in Siem Reap, but this is nobody's fault and I think this is basically the only logistical problem we had in 3 weeks!

All of the guides were wonderful and really helpful and informative. Each of them was different and had their own story to share with us, which was really interesting. Also, the drivers made us feel safe, even though we were not used to Vietnamese or Cambodian traffic.

We wish that we could have spent more time in Phnom Penh (except for the airport waiting lounge) and indeed would have been happy to spend more time everywhere, but of course that was not possible - so you have given a great taste of Indochina and I hope we will have the chance to return one day.

Thank you for arranging such an enjoyable trip for us. I already posted a comment on Tripadvisor and will recommend Vivutravel (and Vietnam and Cambodia generally) to our friends. Thanks again.
