Hi Lan, just wanted to say a big thank you for organising a wonderful holiday for Carol and myself. Couldn’t fault anything, the accommodation was great, all the transfers were organised and there wasn’t any problems at all. The drivers were all on time and we felt safe in their hands on the busy roads.

We can’t speak highly enough about the guides who were all very professional, efficient and took good care of us. I would like to make special mention about our guide in Sapa, she was warm, friendly, lovely and we enjoyed our time with her. Also our guide in Hanoi was also great, he was very knowledgeable, checked in on us all the time and took great care of us.

We wouldn’t change a thing, enjoyed all parts of the trip, and I loved spending time in your beautiful country.
