We chose to use Vivu Travel having looked at countless other companies and decided to go with them as the initial contact with Ms Trang was excellent. Normally we would organise everything by ourselves but decided to trust Vivu Travel as it was such an important trip for us and we wanted everything to go well.

Our Vietnam holiday consisted of visits to Hanoi, Sapa, Halong Bay, Hue, Hoi An and Ho Chi Minh City. The choice of hotels and their location, transport, guides, visits everything was excellent and went so smoothly that it could not be improved upon.

This included overnight train journeys, internal flights, and visits to various sites. On every single occasion the guide and car turned up when expected, and even our request to make changes whilst in Vietnam was handled in a matter of minutes with bookings changed and transport arranged. Absolutely everything went perfectly according to plan.

The guides throughout were fantastic and helped us learn about so many aspects of Vietnamese life. Their knowledge and experience also helped us avoid the queues at many of the places we visited. The drivers also managed to make us feel at ease, not an easy task when travelling across Vietnam by road!

This was a celebration trip for us and thanks to Vivu Travel we were able to spend our time enjoying and learning about Vietnam and its people.
