We booked day tours from Hanoi through Vivutravel and the service we received could not have been better! They were excellent right from our first email until the end of our tour. Hoai went above and beyond for all of our needs. Her recommendations were excellent, she was always available, answered our many questions and was an overall wonderful person to deal with.
