I stumbled across Vivu Travel on Trip Adviser as I was researching our family holiday to Vietnam. I had an idea of what we wanted to do but was a little overwhelmed about doing it myself so based on the excellent reviews I sent a request through their website. Within 24 hrs Ms Trang had responded and send a first draft of an itinerary she had put together and she had brought it in on budget. She had the local knowledge which meant that we took internal flights rather than trains.

We had 4 nights in each of HCMC, Hoi An and Phu Quoc. The itinerary went backwards and forwards between us a bit until I had one that I thought what the best, given our budget. I transferred one third of the money and let her Trang book everything. She kept in touch via email, messenger and Facebook throughout. From the moment we stepped off the plane at HCMC and were welcomed by Mr Do and our own air conditioned taxi and driver I knew we had made the right choice. All our trips and guides were fantastic.

We amended the itinerary slightly on arrival to include the Cu Chi tunnels on Mr Do's advice, he was a superb knowledgeable guide and a lovely man too. Having Vivu organise our holiday and having them there in case of emergencies was just fabulous. I lost my bag while on holiday and my daughter was ill and Mrs Trang was there to help me sort things out and give advice. Vivu even arranged for us to have lunch on them to cheer me up after loosing my bag.

The hotels they chose were great too, did exactly what I wanted so if it was location I wanted they sorted it. I cannot recommend this company enough, it took the pressure of us as travellers with young children (7 and 4). Don't think about booking with them, just do it, you won't regret it. We would love to return to the area, Laos and Cambodia next and I will definitely be contacting Trang and Vivu.

To sum up they are professional, committed, genuine, value for money, thorough, knowledgeable and value for money. 5 stars *****. Thank you Trang and Vivu, we had the best time x
