We planned a month long trip to Japan & Vietnam for January, 2017 and after struggling through booking our accommodation, transfers, etc in Japan came upon details of Vivu Travels services, (through their 'Rave Reviews' here on Trip Advisor) and decided to try them out... We were not disappointed !! Kim Dung looked after us Tremendously well from answering ALL of the numerous questions/concerns we had, (and some quite inane ones !), through organising ALL of the Accomodation, Transfers, Tours, etc and Kim ALWAYS came back to us promptly & courteously. So she provided the basic service you'd expect VERY well. BUT then the actual trip & accomodation that she organised was First Class, Competitively Price AND did not miss a beat. We had a Fantastic time in Vietnam thanks in great part to Kim and Vivu Travel so I can only highly recommend them ands if you're wavering on whether to use them or not JUST DO IT !!
