Thank you for organising such a wonderful trip to Vietnam and Cambodia for us.  I have posted a 5 star review in Trip Advisor (Noysey) highly recommending your company.

I would like to provide you with direct feedback on a more personal basis:

ITINERARY: I would like to again commend you on the itinerary of our trip. It touched on many aspects of the country that we wanted to see and gave us a good taste of the local culture.  My only regret is that we didn’t build in a little more ‘down’ or rest time for our group as some of the members would have liked a less hectic daily schedule.  I would probably build in a couple of rest days (I know we had one but we went to Ba Na Hill instead) or even a few days where you have morning activities but free afternoons. You could also include a second night at Ninh Binh as it appears a very popular area with many things to see and we perhaps only touched on those.  I am aware that doing this would extend the trip by about three days and obviously increase costs accordingly.

ACCOMMODATION: We were very happy with all our hotels.

GUIDES:
Mr HA – we loved Ha and he was fun, knowledgeable and a credit to your company
Mr AN – An is a very knowledgeable man but is a bit aggressive in his delivery. He was very attentive to our needs but could perhaps relax a bit.
Mr Nam – Nam is a beautiful gentle man. He was knowledgeable, humble and attentive to our needs
Mr Vantha – Vantha was great. Again, another extremely knowledgeable guide.  He had a good sense of humour and was attentive to our needs. You should be comfortable to continue to use him in Siem Reap

GENERAL FEEDBACK: We are all happy to recommend Vivu Travel to our friends and relatives. I think we will also be returning to see more of Vietnam in the future and visit some new areas but also return to places like Hoi An.
