I wanted to write to you too but was very busy and totally forget about it. And YES, my friends and I had a great time in Sapa. We enjoyed the itinerary your company provides us. There are a few things that I would like to highlight:
1) Mr. Thang is polite and friendly.
2) Ms. Lan is a fun person to be with. She cares for us and constantly asks if we are feeling alright as some of us fall sick. She is also very flexible in the routes we took during our trekking and know the place well. Her friendly and bubbly personalities make us enjoyed the trip throughout. She is a great asset to your company or the company she is in.
3) We have no complain with the home stay in Sapa. The host of the home stay is very hospitality. We are very satisfied.
4) Our hotel in Sapa is wonderful. The view behind the hotel is magnificent and the staffs across all level are extreme customer orientated. Superior customer service from them. The foods at their cafe are delicious.

Overall, I love the Sapa tour package provided by your company and will approach you again if ever I am going back to Sapa. Hope you have a great year ahead.
