We recently came back from Vietnam and recuperated from the jet lag. Now, we feel better and would like to give some feedback. We did an extensive research and comparison among the tour operators before making a decision. Then, Vivutravel was chosen because of not only the competitive price but also the reputation of the company that is represented by Ms Kim Dung, who is very professional, patient and a good listener. She gave us some valuable advises and made some significant changes to accommodate our plan. After exchanging several emails, we felt confident about her and booked the private Vietnam tour for 18 days which covered Ha Long Bay, Hanoi, Hoi An, Nha Trang, Mui Ne, Sai Gon, Can Tho and Phu Quoc Island.
We just want to briefly highlight the interested sites. Ha Long Bay is a heaven on earth! It is a gorgeous seascape, which contains countless of islands, lagoons and caves. It is a must see site when travel to Vietnam. There are not enough words to describe the natural beauty of it. Ha Noi is an old and undeveloped city. We stayed there only one night so didn’t have much time to explore. Next, Central Vietnam including Hoi An, Nha Trang and Mui Ne is the best for surfing, snorkeling and swimming. It also has sightseeing that is Cham’s temple, cultured pearl factory and sand dune. Then, Saigon is a contrast of Hanoi. It is a modern city and well developed. You can find all kinds of exotic tropical fruits and experience different cuisines from northern, central and southern Vietnam. At night, you can go to bars, clubs and ton of others activities. It is a sleepless city! Finally, Phu Quoc Island is located from the most southern tip of Vietnam. It is under being developed and some parts of the island still remain wild. The best way to discover the island is to book the local tour. It is a stealing price for the snorkeling tour ($15) including two snorkeling sites, lunch and swimming at Sao Beach, which is one of the most beautiful beaches with white sand, crystal clear water and not crowded.
In conclusion, we were very happy and satisfied with the overall services that Vivutravel had provided. Once again, we would like to thank Kim Dung and her staffs for their effort, best services and the warm welcome bottle of wine. We also want to thank particularly both Mr. Do and Mr. Chau who are very professional, friendly, patient, charismatic, fun to chat with and doing things beyond our expectation. I absolutely recommend Vivutravel to my friends.
Best Regards,
Tim (Travel from 18th Feb to 07th Mar, 2014)
