Dear Ms Trang,
Good afternoon to you from Julia and Melanie.
We would like to say how much we enjoyed our tour of your interesting and beautiful country. It was fabulous from start to finish. All your arrangements worked really well. Our guides and drivers were extremely helpful, kind and very patient, particularly Thong whose English was really good and he was so well infomed he was able to give us all sorts of extra information. The train journeys were interesting and the internal flights were convenient and problem free thanks to all your splendid organisation.
Our hotels were great, the rooms always clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the 5 star hotel in Nha Trang of course, but the room in Can Tho at the Kim Tho was stunning with the views over the Mekong, wow!
We have returned to the UK with many wonderful and vivid memories of some of the life, culture and history of Vietnam, from the colourful tribes people of the north to the relics left of the unbelievable fortitude and endurance of the people during the American war.
We ate in the street restaurants as well as the usual resaurants and enjoyed the meals provided in the tour which were a good representation of Vietnamese food.
Thank you so much for all your hard work and if possible please pass on our heart felt thanks to all the other people involved.
We will most certainly pass on our reccomendaions to all our friends and anyone else who might be interested and if there is anything else we can do to promote your Vietnam tours please let us know.
Kind regrds and very best wishes,
Julia and Melonie.
