After we couldn't find what we were looking for at national agencies for a trip to Vietnam, the reviews on Tripadvisor were very helpfull to find a good travel agency in Vietnam. So we choose VivuTravel. They arranged a trip for us to our wishes and ervery change was possible.

We had every confidence that this was going to succeed. We travelled from the high north to the south with a lot of highlights we would like to see. It was a wonderfull trip with many thanks to VivuTravel and their organisation. After being back home again we can say that our expectations are surpassed.

The trip was perfectly organized and we felt spoiled with so much attention and care for just the two of us. We can highly recommend VivuTravel and if possible we will come back and contact VivuTravel again.

Hanoi without a doubt is an exotic city for your Vietnam Tours. Today we enjoy a full day Hanoi city tour of this charming capital city including the mausoleum of the nation's founder Ho Chi Minh (close on Monday & Friday), the Presidential Palace, the Ho Chi Minh's house on stilts, the One Pillar Pagoda, the Temple of Literature, the impressive Ethnologic Museum, the beautiful West Lake, the Tran Vu Pagoda, the peaceful lake of the Restored Sword.    
Afternoon we take a cyclo tour for a short excursion through the bustling old quarter streets named after the specific goods once offered for sale at these places. We end Hanoi city tour with a fantastic traditional water puppet show.
8h00PM: We will transfer you to railway station to get the night train to Sapa. Overnight on train.

Day 3: 26 April  Lao Cai – Sapa tour

Arrive in the early morning in the border town of Lao Cai where it's a short transfer to Sapa. In the terraced hills and mountains of this area, the monotony of the expansive green landscape is enlivened by the colors of its hill tribe population. It is here you will find hands stained with color from fabric dyes and shades of blue, red and green intricately embroidered and stitched into jackets, waistcoats, pants, skirts, caps, purses and Sap Holiday leggings.    
After breakfast, we do one of the most beautiful destinations in Sapa by trekking to Lao Chai, Ta Van villages. The home of Black H’mong and Zay minorities by trekking down to the valley by the small trails through the terrace rice fields to get to Y Linh Ho hamlet, a small village of the Black Hmong people. It is time for you to visit the local families, listen to your guide's explanation about the local culture: how they live, way of building the traditional house, techniques of making clothes...
Get back to Sapa by private car and overnight in Sapa.

Day 4: 27 April  Sapa – Ma Tra – Ta Phin

After breakfast at hotel, left the busy Sapa town by driving to the small road where we start trekking to Ma Tra of Black Hmong people, the beautiful walk through the terraced rice filed and it is very interesting to experience the daily life of the locals when you stop for visit to one of the families. Picnic lunch on the way then we continue to Ta Phin village of the Red Dao people. Explore the village then private bus back to Sapa. Free at leisure and overnight in Sapa.

Day 5: 28 April  Sapa – Colorful Market– train to Hanoi

Continue to the Reunification Palace was the former residence of the President of South Vietnam until April 30, 1975 when the North Vietnamese tanks came crashing through the front gates, bringing the U.S.-Vietnam War to a dramatic end.
Notre Dame Cathedral Notre Dame Cathedral is last destination in our tour today. It was built between 1877 and 1883, and the stones used to create it were exported in its entirety from France. Next to the cathedral stands the Central Post Office, finished in 1891.

Day 15: 8 May Ho Chi Minh – Mekong Delta – Ho Chi Minh

Today we will start our exploration of the Mekong Delta, a major rice producing area. This must be one of the most fascinating riverine deltas in the world. The Mekong splits into nine major arteries. A vast network of rivers and waterways with thousands of ships of all sizes plowing the waters gives the Mekong Delta a very special atmosphere and no doubt one of the most interesting destinations for Vietnam Tours. On arrival, we will make a boat trip to the village to see local people making pop-rice, pop-noodle, coconut-candy, rice-paper, rice wine and white salt in     
their activities daily.Then boatting to Cai Be floating Market, in the system of Mekong river the clients will have 30 minutes in rowing boat in nature cannel, then back to big boat and crossing Mekong river. Days free to explore the area including the fishing village of Mui Ne which locates at the far end of the beach, the village and several hectares of massive rolling sand dunes make a pleasant diversion from relaxing on the beach, swimming and windsurfing.  The village is worth a visit for three reasons – firstly, very few tourists go further than the dunes, secondly, the small harbour is picturesque (there’s an excellent view from where the dunes road turns off) and thirdly, there’s an interesting pagoda where followers of Vietnam’s whale cult hold services and store skeletons of the massive sea mammals.
