My experience with Vivutravel was excellent! Even before I arrived in Vietnam, you answered all of my questions quickly and provided me with ample information to make just the right trip for me. You even provided me with different options at different price points to make sure I was happy with my package. And my experience when I arrived in Hanoi was just as great. Literally everything ran flawlessly the entire trip - from airport pickups to hotel check-ins to tour payments - never once did I have any problems. I just had to show up at my hotel reception desk at 8am every morning :) And if I did have questions I always received a prompt email and followup phone call to make sure I was at the right place. Plus I was always free in the late afternoon and evenings to explore the cities on my own.

I think the country of Vietnam sells itself because it is absolutely beautiful and I have hundreds of pictures to prove it. The people were also very warm and always excited to share their country with me. Honestly I can't say enough wonderful things about my Vietnam trip and I can't wait to come back!
