From the very beginning until the end, we were quite impressed with Kim because of her responsiveness, attentiveness, caring, and professionalism. She listened to our inputs, made suggestions, and updated our (my wife and I) itinerary to reflect our needs as frequently as needed. Kim checked in with us on the first day and put us at ease with her commitment of making us her priority. She delivered on that promise with flying color. When we needed to shorten our trip due to illness, Kim spent her Saturday making arrangements and contacting others to make sure we were well-taken care of. She did that in the most polite, patient, and caring way.
