Our apologies for the delayed response, but we just want to thank you so much for arranging our wonderful Vietnamese holiday. We had a fantastic time and absolutely loved your beautiful country. 

Every part of it went so smoothly, and all your guides were incredibly efficient and friendly. And our itinerary was perfect - from Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh. We would like to share some of our highlights with you: 

The Hanoi food street market tour was fantastic - absolutely delicious food and what a great guide he was to show us around

We loved the rooftop bar and restaurant in the Tirant Hanoi hotel!! 

The Halong Bay Discovery cruise was a real highlight - stunningly beautiful scenery and the boat itself was great - and fab food. Very much enjoyed our balcony. 

We really loved Hoi Ann - it's a beautiful town. It was also great to stay on the beach - the Palm Gardens Resort was fantastic - and it made a huge difference changing our room - thank you so much for arranging this for us. The resort had a beautiful pool, and (again) fantastic food

La Verandah was an absolutely stunning hotel and we loved our time relaxing there. The snorkelling tour was also fantastic - many coloured fish and coral. 
Probably the Mekong Delta cruise was our least favourite activity - it took a very long time to get there and back (all in two days) and the cruise itself didn't seem to include much of the Mekong itself. 

Kim, we can't thank you enough for all your kindness and fabulous organisation. We would like you to personally keep the refund for the motorbike food tour we didn't go on as a token of our gratitude. Will this money reach you personally or should we arrange this differently - just let us know! 

It's been such a pleasure dealing with you and we won't hesitate to recommend you and your agency to any of our friends visiting Vietnam.
