Thank you for all you did to make it such an enjoyable holiday to Vietnam and Cambodia.

The sights and experiences in the north and central parts of Vietnam were the highlights. As I mentioned when we met, adding  restaurant recommendations for typical cuisine in Hanoi would add even more value.

HCMC and the Mekong Delta were less rewarding although they gave us good insights into those areas. The Majestic and Rex Hotels however were destinations in themselves.

The Siem Reap and Angkor Wat experience were world class experiences. However the visit to the lake and village in this dry season could be left out. It is at its best after the monsoon season. The guide, Mr Vantha, and his driver were excellent. Very professional and experienced. The hotel we stayed at,  "Viroths" , is small, modern and with first class service. A nice change for large hotels. Highly recommended. I would recommend earlier flights. The late arrival was tiring.

As you see in the report Vietnam Airlines is impressive. I don't think I could trust Cambodian Airlines to be as safe.

Special mention too for My, the girl who met and farewelled us in Hoi An. She was efficient and charming.
